Recruiter (m/w/d)

As Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d) you are part of the Germany-wide recruiting team and support our managers in winning the best talents for Eurofins Umwelt. After the requirements analysis with the respective specialist departments, you take care of the entire tendering management including the receipt of applications. Should important information or documents be missing, you ask the talents and conduct the initial discussions. After the pre-selection, you coordinate the further application process and are always a competent contact person (m/f/d) for both our managers and the candidates (m/f/d). Together with the recruiting team, you work on various projects, including employer branding and candidate experience, to take the application process to the next level and also deal with the topic of social media recruiting.
