Maintain a relentless testing cadence, running experiments across landing pages, copy, and product flows.

Proven experience managing growth, performance marketing, or data-driven acquisition for a fast-moving technology platform.
Complete obsession with data, making every decision based on hard numbers and ROI.
Solid understanding of the Web3 landscape, decentralized communities, and crypto-native conversion funnels.
