About the job:
- You will own the most challenging customer technical problems and drive them to resolution.
- You will influence product and engineering roadmaps by advocating for customers.
- You will leverage AI to enhance capabilities and author technical content.
Minimum qualifications:
- 7+ years in senior customer-facing technical roles and 3+ years with a major cloud platform.
- Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language, plus Git, REST APIs, and Linux.
- Deep understanding of web technologies and experience with AI tools.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and SQL.
- Experience with NoSQL databases and prior CTO organization experience.
