Role Responsibilities:
- Facilitate live virtual and in-person training sessions for customers on the Reveleer platform.
- Assess training needs and deliver role-specific coaching tailored to customer workflows.
- Coordinate with Onboarding, Customer Success, and Product teams to align training with platform updates.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Current or recent CPC or RHIT certification with 3-5 years of clinical coding experience.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills for virtual and in-person settings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with virtual training tools like Zoom and Teams.
