About The Role:
- Responsible for using multiple avenues to build customer relationships.
- Maintain and grow customer relationships to heighten our team.
- This is an onsite role with opportunity for hybrid/remote work.
What You’ll Do:
- Utilize cold outreach via phone, email and online resources to build a strong pipeline.
- Serve as a resource to customers regarding transportation service offerings.
- Earn and keep the trust of customers with exceptional service and communication.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of freight brokerage experience, Customer Sales is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build a book of business through cold outreach.
- Experience in McLeod is a huge plus.
