About The Role:

  • Responsible for using multiple avenues to build customer relationships.
  • Maintain and grow customer relationships to heighten our team.
  • This is an onsite role with opportunity for hybrid/remote work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Utilize cold outreach via phone, email and online resources to build a strong pipeline.
  • Serve as a resource to customers regarding transportation service offerings.
  • Earn and keep the trust of customers with exceptional service and communication.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of freight brokerage experience, Customer Sales is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a book of business through cold outreach.
  • Experience in McLeod is a huge plus.
