Role Overview:
- This role owns the implementation and learning experience for camp directors.
- You will set strategic direction and roadmap for both pillars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and own the strategic direction and roadmap for Implementation and Learning.
- Manage and develop your team of implementation and learning content specialists.
- Direct execution of both pillars, ensuring camps launch confidently and independently.
What We’re Looking For:
- You have managed people and set strategy for a SaaS business.
- You have experience with Learning and Implementation roles and data-driven decision making.
- You have represented your work in high-stakes conversations.
