Position Summary:
- Lead the training and operational excellence functions across Patient Experience.
- Partner with Program Management, Quality, Patient Coordinator, Billing, and Call Center Operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build and execute training strategy, curriculum, and leadership development.
- Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and change management.
- Own KPIs, data analytics, and training ROI measurement.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years in training, learning & development, or operational excellence roles.
- Experience managing managers, building training teams, and owning budgets.
- Healthcare, inside sales, or BPO/contact center experience preferred.
