Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes innovative L&D strategies aligned to business goals.
- Assesses skill gaps, defines KPIs, and reports on program effectiveness.
- Manages L&D budget, vendor spend, and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 4-6 years of training design and delivery experience, including 2 years in biotech or clinical lab.
- Experience with DiSC, Clifton Strengths, and LMS administration in regulated environments.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to translate complex scientific content into accessible learning.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
- Data literacy to build dashboards and present ROI analysis.
