Position Summary:
- Assist in analyzing specimens and maintaining equipment in good operating condition.
- Follow standard operating procedures and GLP guidelines.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Test patient samples and meet performance metrics.
- Provide guidance to new team members and communicate with other departments.
- Maintain inventory, calibrate equipment, and participate in continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in a biological science or related field.
- 0-2 years of industry-related experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, computer, and technical skills.
