Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Shipping, Sample Accessioning, Customer Support, and lab teams to troubleshoot issues and verify samples.
- Assist with data collection for internal projects and product development.
- Coordinate student rotation schedules and handle referral reviews.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; BA/BS in biology or related field strongly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google mail, and Google Documents.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
