Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to internal and external customer inquiries.

Qualifications:
- Two year degree and/or 2-5 years of related experience.
- Skilled specialist with advanced professional growth education.
- Must complete HIPAA/PHI and compliance training within first 30 days.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellence in de-escalating customer behavior.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and GSuite applications.
