Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Patient Success Specialist to support patients throughout their journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Responsibilities include assisting with non-billing matters, addressing needs with care, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, handling test status updates, portal login issues, and coordinating redraws.
  • Manage inbound calls and live chats to deliver timely assistance.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Previous customer service or healthcare experience is a plus; Spanish-speaking preferred.
