Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with Nurse Coordinator to maintain customer support.
- Assess patient needs and coordinate logistics.
- Manage business system tools and ensure timely data requests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years call center experience.
- Minimum 2 years sales experience.
- Background in medical or biological sciences preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Outgoing personality with excellent oral and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Strong quantitative and MS Excel skills.
