POSITION SUMMARY:
- Supports the Clinical/Medical Laboratory Scientist Data Review team.
- Requires written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.
- Maintains shared spreadsheets and performs miscellaneous clerical tasks.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Obtains or conveys missing information needed for processing test samples.
- Updates internal databases regarding test development progress.
- Assists CLS/MLS Data Reviewers in answering questions from clinics and customer support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two-year degree or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or clerical experience.
- Experience with Google mail and Google Documents
