  • Field overnight questions and support requests.
  • Triage inbound patient and partner questions via phone, email, and SMS.
  • Assist Field Support and Sprinters with real-time scheduling changes.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Demonstrate relevant experience in patient or patient service, healthcare required.
  • Coordinate with national labs such as Quest or Labcorp.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
