- Our Test Kit Operations team ensures programs launch successfully and operate reliably at scale.
- With 6x growth in test kit volume, we need someone to own the operational execution behind new programs.
What you'll be doing:
- Own the operational execution of new customer test kit launches, managing milestones and dependencies.
- Coordinate with customers, labs, and fulfillment partners to keep launches moving.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and drive issue resolution.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of operations experience in healthcare, logistics, or similar.
- Ownership mindset and ability to drive projects to completion.
- Strong cross-functional communication and data-driven problem solving.
