Operations Associate

Why we need this role:

• As we scale, providing seamless lab test processing, vendor coordination, and real-time system monitoring is critical to delivering high-quality healthcare experiences.
• Our Operations Associates are the backbone of day-to-day service delivery, ensuring patients, labs, and clients are always supported with precision and care.

Who you are:

• 2–5+ years of professional work experience with US-based companies, ideally in revenue cycle management, medical billing, lab/diagnostics operations, or technical support.
• Excellent written communication skills (B2 English minimum) and a problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, and Linear/Jira in a remote work setting.
