Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end operational coordination for a portfolio of low-complexity school districts.
- Coordinate provider engagement, referral acceptance, scheduling, and service readiness.
- Monitor account health and resolve routine operational issues.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in operations, customer success, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and using operational tools.
