Revenue Execution & Portfolio Management:
- Own service delivery outcomes across assigned school districts.
- Drive conversion of referrals into active services to maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate forecasts for volume and capacity.
Team Leadership & Coaching:
- Lead and develop a team of Service Delivery Specialists.
- Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews.
- Foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
Service Delivery Execution:
- Manage daily operations for district accounts.
- Optimize provider utilization and caseloads.
- Monitor metrics and take corrective action as needed.
District Partnership & Collaboration:
- Serve as primary operational contact for districts.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Partner with Account Management to support renewals.
