Position Summary:
- The Trainer designs and facilitates training for PX and Patient Coordinator teams.
- Supports new hire onboarding and remediation with live instruction and LMS content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate live training and lead remediation sessions.
- Provide individualized coaching and document progress.
- Build and maintain LMS content, leveraging AI tools.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in training or instructional design, preferably in healthcare.
- Experience training revenue-generating teams and using LMS.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and data literacy skills.
