About the Role:
- Own the full training lifecycle for Sidecar Health's operations teams, with a primary focus on Claims.
- Embed within the Claims team to learn workflows and develop hands-on familiarity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to shape readiness and confidence.
What You'll Do:
- Design and deliver new hire onboarding, including classroom training and nesting coordination.
- Build and maintain a repeatable Claims training library with queue-specific modules.
- Manage program logistics, including LMS administration and SME coordination.
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or knowledge management in a contact center or healthcare environment.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content development tools and editorial judgment.
