- Customer Enablement Specialist responsible for delivering engaging training for new and existing customers.
- Become a subject matter expert across 5 product lines, tailoring training to diverse client needs.
- Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions, acting as a modern content creator with AI tools.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in training or education, with 1+ years in B2B SaaS.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, Google Suite, Slack, and generative AI tools.
- Experience creating multimedia content with tools like Loom, Articulate, Camtasia.
