New Sales Training Manager, Prenatal

About the Role:

• This is a hands-on individual contributor role reporting directly to the Director of Sales Training, focused on developing and delivering best-in-class prenatal training programs.
• You will work in close partnership with the Director to translate business needs into effective learning experiences and ensure consistent delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and continuously improve a comprehensive sales training curriculum using adult learning theory, spaced repetition, and blended modalities.
• Bring a strong eye for digital and online learning design, transforming existing content into interactive, visually engaging experiences.
• Actively leverage AI tools to develop content, simulate coaching scenarios, and analyze rep performance patterns.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years designing and delivering sales training programs in a corporate environment, with demonstrated experience building programs from scratch.
• Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles, plus hands-on comfort with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
