Manager, Learning and Development (Training Manager)

Main Responsibilities:

• Partner with subject matter experts to assess training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
• Lead coordination and delivery of new hire role-specific onboarding for the organization.
• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning programs using adult learning principles.

Qualifications:

• Graduate, postgraduate, or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• 4-6 years of learning and development experience in a Clinical Research Organisation (CRO).
• Proficiency with learning development platforms and Microsoft Office.

About the Role:

• You will serve as the primary intake point for training requests across global functions.
• You will manage learning platforms and maintain accurate training documentation.
• You will collaborate with functional leadership to establish role-based curricula.
