Talent Acquisition Manager - Dutch speaking (f/m/x)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the recruitment strategy for our Dutch organisation.
• Manage two recruiters on a day-to-day basis and coach them in their professional development.
• Work closely with two Talent Sourcers based in Spain, guiding them on priorities and ensuring optimal collaboration and results.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
• You take a data-driven approach to your work and are always looking for ways to continuously optimize your processes.
• You have excellent communication skills (Dutch & English) and interact easily with various business partners.
