Job Description

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be your partner community's internal advocate, helping ensure an excellent experience and gathering feedback. You'll ensure customer health by becoming a trusted advisor, deeply understanding workflows, and ensuring maximum value from Forerunner. You'll also support product activation through user communications, customized onboarding, and continued learning. Additionally, you'll support account expansion by identifying opportunities and driving business outcomes with the sales & leadership team. You'll evangelize Forerunner success stories and coordinate with the Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to share customer experiences and ideas. As an early member, you'll contribute to the development of CS policy and procedure.
