What You'll Do:
- Complete customer supplier onboarding, obtain purchase orders, and set up procurement portals.
- Respond to billing inquiries, investigate disputes, and reconcile customer account statements.
- Support collections, month-end reporting, and maintain process documentation.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable; fluent English; strong Excel skills.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and self-direction in remote or hybrid work.
- Nice to have: NetSuite or other ERP, subscription or usage-based billing, SaaS experience.
