Director, Product Management - A2A & Money Movement

About the Role:

• As Director of Product Management, A2A & Money Movement, you own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for NMI's bank payment capabilities.
• This is a player-coach role where you set direction, lead a small team of PMs and Designers, and stay hands-on with requirements and customer calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a product P&L for the money movement value stream, reviewing quarterly with Finance.
• Develop deep understanding of partner use cases like disbursements, refunds, and payouts to drive differentiated product strategy.
• Establish fraud, compliance, and risk frameworks in collaboration with Legal and Compliance.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in product management with at least 5 in payments or financial services; hands-on with A2A rails.
• 3+ years managing a team of PMs with a track record of developing talent.
• Strong commercial instincts and data-driven prioritization skills.
