We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager / Operations Analyst to support the successful delivery of a growing healthcare staffing portfolio. This individual will act as a central point of coordination and operational oversight across client management, supplier engagement, onboarding, performance tracking, and timekeeping activities for assigned task orders. The role requires a program-minded professional with strong project management skills, excellent communication, and comfort managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. This role directly supports the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), specifically the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), and plays a critical role in delivering high-quality staffing services to care for our nation’s Veterans. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential to success in this role. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate complex workflows, collaborate across teams, and represent our organization professionally with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and federal clients.
