Job Description
As a Contracts Manager you will be a key member of the Deal Desk function. This role bridges the gap between Legal, Sales, Finance and Operations, requiring someone who can confidently review and redline contracts, support deal acceleration and optimize cross-functional workflows. You will review, draft, redline and manage a wide range of commercial contracts. You will act as a liaison between Legal, Sales, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure timely contract execution. You will lead contract process ownership and documentation with a focus on operational excellence and scalability across the business. The ideal candidate will influence cross-functional partners and help drive decision-making by presenting contract-related insights and implications.
