Job Description
This is a 3-month contract opportunity reporting to the Chief of Staff that will support the daily functions of the People Operations department. Responsibilities include driving comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes, serving as the primary contact for employee relations, developing and maintaining company policies, administering payroll and employee benefits, maintaining accurate records in HRIS, and conducting People Operations reporting and analytics to inform decision-making. Ideal candidates have experience in HR, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Experience with HRIS systems is essential.
