The Role:
- Build Relationships: - Build close relationships with partner leaders and their consultants.
- Product Expert: - Provide strategic recommendations to customers and partners on Workspace design and scalable hierarchy.
- Project Leadership: - Work directly with partners and customers to lead projects to success.
Qualifications:
- Experience: - 7+ years of experience in strategic consulting, customer success, or partner management within SaaS or technology companies.
- Skills: - Strong project management skills with the ability to scale; able to oversee multiple consultants and projects simultaneously.
- Communication: - Excellent communication skills and the ability to calmly resolve customer escalations.
