Trainee – People Analytics (Pulse Survey Focus)

We are looking for a motivated and data-savvy trainee to join our global People Engagement team. In this role, you will support our Pulse Survey efforts from a data analytics perspective—turning survey results into actionable insights that help drive positive change across the organization. Your Responsibilities include developing and maintaining reports and dashboards using Excel (incl. macros) and Power BI, analyzing Pulse Survey data to uncover trends and actionable insights, and conducting deep dives into specific business units. Additional responsibilities are visualizing findings in a clear and compelling way, including PowerPoint presentations for HR and business stakeholders, and supporting coordination tasks related to the Pulse Survey such as access management.
