Engineering Tech Lead

The work:

• We're building the next generation of AI CX tools for the world's biggest brands.
• This is an innovation group inside a public company at an AI inflection point.

What you'll do:

• Lead a squad as a player-coach, writing the hardest code and setting technical direction.
• Build Go services on the event bus, AI/ML pipelines, or connector frameworks.
• Operate in 1-week sprints with Friday demos, shipping working software rapidly.

Who you are:

• A self-starter with grit, a hacker mentality, and a show-me bias for working code over slides.
• AI-native, using LLMs, RAG, and AI tools daily to multiply velocity.
• Master debugger and problem solver, comfortable with distributed, event-driven systems.

What you'll bring:

• 9+ years hands-on experience, high proficiency in Go and at least 3+ languages.
• Proven track record leading a squad to ship a real-time or platform product end-to-end.
• Deep experience with event-driven systems (NATS/Kafka), WebSocket, and low-latency platforms.
