Staff Software Developer

Role Overview:

• The Staff Software Developer is a technical leader driving high-impact Clinical Intelligence projects.
• Works closely with all areas of the business to gather requirements, design, implement, and test components.
• Mentors associate developers and fosters a culture of technical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement core application features; lead tasking sessions for new features.
• Analyze and solve complex challenges, identify risks, and implement solutions.
• Lead distributed dQM processing, CQL execution, validation, and clinical reasoning.

Technical Requirements:

• 10+ years in software development lifecycle, ideally in healthcare technology.
• Expertise in backend development with Java and Spring Boot; microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
