Plays a pivotal role in enhancing sales performance through data-driven insights, process improvements, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure the sales organization operates at its full potential.

Key responsibilities include leading sales operations processes, implementing and optimizing sales systems, providing actionable insights through reporting, developing performance dashboards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing sales compensation, designing sales enablement programs, and assisting in refining sales processes. The role also involves defining and tracking sales KPIs and leading special projects related to sales operations.
