Strategy and Business Development Analyst

Financial Modeling:

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models for innovative commercial structures and emerging technologies.

• Translate technical and operational inputs into financial insights that guide investment and partnership decisions.

• Evaluate the feasibility and economics of integrated energy systems.

Analysis and Strategy:

• Research market trends, competitors, and new technologies across the energy and digital infrastructure landscape.

• Present clear, data-backed recommendations to inform strategy and pipeline development.

• Contribute to corporate- and project-level capital raises, including due diligence and investor materials.

Growth and Partnerships:

• Identify and support execution of new commercial opportunities across Intersect’s portfolio.

• Help manage and strengthen strategic relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

• Participate in special projects such as M&A evaluations, new market entries, and product strategy assessments.
