Senior Localization Team Lead

Your day-to-day:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Localization Specialists, creating an environment of psychological safety and ownership.
• Manage and scale our external freelancer network, owning the full lifecycle from sourcing to offboarding.
• Translate business goals into localization execution plans, bringing market insights into planning.

Your skills and experience:

• 5+ years in localization, with at least 3 in a leadership role managing in-house linguists.
• Hands-on background as a translator, editor, or proofreader.
• Strong analytical instincts: you read quality scores, OKR trends, and delivery data.
