Play a critical role in identifying and bringing in the engineers and scientists who will help define where AI goes next, focusing on building the infrastructure of intelligence itself with intention and clarity. The role involves full-cycle ownership of critical searches across engineering and operations teams. Responsibilities include strategic sourcing beyond obvious talent pools, high-quality screening and candidate experience, close collaboration with hiring managers to define roles and prioritize hiring needs, and helping scale and improve the talent engine for the long term. The role also involves learning how to hire for one of the most ambitious, technical missions in AI today and how hiring choices shape organizational capabilities.
