Local Marketing Support Agent

Accountabilities:

• Support Local Marketing Managers with LOCALACT questions.
• Participate in scheduled calls explaining performance results.
• Help franchisees understand LOCALACT dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Answer questions related to data, reports, budgets, and platform functionality.
• Monitor conversations and flag unresolved issues for the Manager.
• Escalate complex situations to the Local Marketing Manager.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer support, client services, or marketing support.
• Comfort explaining basic performance data and marketing concepts.
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
