Product & Design Developer

The Role:

• You will be one of the first people on the product side and shape what ELOVA sells.
• Decide which products to launch, create variations, and build collections from idea to live product.
• Take real responsibility and see the whole process, with supply chain handled by the founders.

What You Will Do:

• Select products from supplier proposals and own ideas based on trends and customer preferences.
• Create new colors, materials, shapes, and combinations for best sellers.
• Build collections that tell a story and launch them on Shopify.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Highly creative with a strong feeling for fashion and jewelry.
• Fashion-related education, e.g., design, management, or product development.
• Hands-on, independent, and fluent in English.

What We Offer:

• Full-time (40 hours) or part-time from 24 hours per week.
• €3,000 gross per month starting salary, 25 days paid leave, and 8% holiday pay.
• Fully remote work and the chance to build the product & design department from day one.
