Job Summary:
- The Process Engineer enters post-LOI conversations to understand partner firm operations and map them to Mercer Advisors' architecture.
- Build a repeatable framework and toolkit for evaluating and onboarding new partner firms.
- Support change management and communication as partner firms transition into the operating model.
Essential Job Functions:
- Document current-state processes and translate into target-state architecture.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, and risk areas between operating models.
- Travel to partner firm locations for onsite discovery and integration support.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree required; related certification a plus.
- Experience in business process documentation, workflow design, and wealth management.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to create structure in undefined areas.
