Sales Operations Process Analyst

Operational Process Support:

• Provides day-to-day operational support to sales teams, managing inbound cases from intake to resolution.
• Develops a deep understanding of current execution patterns, friction points, and data quality issues through daily engagement.

Process Standardization:

• Identifies variations in tasks across teams or regions, interviewing stakeholders to uncover tribal knowledge.
• Translates findings into standardized, repeatable SOPs and works to normalize into a single global standard.

End-to-End Sequence Design:

• Creates high-fidelity flowcharts and diagrams visualizing current and future states of sales workflows.
• Translates verbal or written requirements into procedure maps, ensuring logical start-to-finish flow for automation.

Procedure Documentation Governance:

• Maintains the source of truth in the internal knowledge base, owning structure, taxonomy, and searchability.
• Ensures that as processes are updated or automated, the central repository of SOPs is immediately updated with version control.
