About the Role:
- Be the operational engine behind the global sales team
- Own documentation, reporting, and process using AI call grading tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage SOPs, Asana, and process rollout across the sales team
- Run daily sales reporting and analyze 'no sale' data
- Query AI sales call grader for objection insights
Required Experience:
- 3-5 years in Sales Operations or related roles
- Strong Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills
- Experience with Asana and CRM tools
