About the Role:

  • Doneverse is hiring a Sales Operations Manager to be the operational engine behind our global sales team.
  • You will own documentation, reporting, and process, and use our AI call grading tools to surface why deals are won and lost.

You will:

  • Own SOPs, documentation, Asana, and process rollout across the sales team
  • Run daily sales reporting and analyze "no sale" data to drive action
  • Query our AI sales call grader daily for objection and call quality insights

You need:

  • 2+ years in sales operations or operations support
  • Strong Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills
  • Experience with Asana (or similar) and CRM/sales tools
