Senior GTM Business Architecture Manager

Domain Ownership & Process Design:

• Act as strategic owner for specific GTM lifecycle segments, conducting systemic audits to pinpoint bottlenecks.
• Architect 'to-be' workflows to eliminate non-selling friction.

Requirements Governance:

• Author high-fidelity BRDs, process flowcharts, and User Stories, defining upstream 'Data Contracts'.
• Ensure ET builds exactly what the business needs with zero ambiguity.

Strategic Intake Triage & UAT:

• Utilize the GTM Priority Matrix to evaluate and rank inbound field requests, filtering out tactical noise.
• Lead UAT framework, execute test scripts, run defect triage, and manage business sign-off.

Cross-Functional Alignment & AI Execution:

• Maintain strict RACI boundaries across GTM, ET, and Enablement.
• Support deployment of the GTM AI roadmap, operationalizing Gen AI POCs into daily rep workflows.
