Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate business process workshops and discovery sessions; own agenda, facilitation, synthesis, and follow-up.
- Lead journey mapping, current-state/future-state walkthroughs, and stakeholder interviews.
- Translate business conversations into clear functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of Salesforce experience in a consulting or professional services environment with client-facing delivery.
- Demonstrated experience running workshops and facilitated sessions with business stakeholders.
- Quote-to-cash experience (CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Apttus/Conga, Zuora) strongly preferred.
