Job Description
The CRM Solutions Architect will report to the Senior Manager, Solutions Architecture and join our CRM team. You will focus on developing personalized, cross-channel solutions, integrating data, business rules, and ML models across touchpoints, and delivering a dynamic, relevant customer experience. You'll lead solution workshops and develop detailed business, functional, and technical requirements. You'll lead the end-to-end architecture for all CRM related systems and integrations. The role requires identifying and managing technical debt, recommending scalable and maintainable solutions. You will guide collaboration and understanding across teams, translating strategic vision into capability models and solution design approaches presentable to business and technical teams. Also requires designing and developing data, process, and software solutions that enhance and integrate with the Experian Consumer Services (ECS) marketing and ad technology stack and establishing and publishing reference architectures, data standards, and solution guidelines.
