Job Description
The Sr. HR Systems Analyst will serve as the primary administrator for the People Tech stack, including HRIS, ATS, Performance Management, and Payroll platforms, and manage user access, permissions, workflows, integrations, and configurations across all platforms. They will also troubleshoot technical issues and serve as liaison with vendors for escalations, maintain data integrity across platforms, and support a new HRIS implementation, including configuration, data migration, and testing. This role will continuously evaluate and enhance system workflows to ensure they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with Engine’s growth, and explore AI-powered solutions to improve process efficiency and data quality. The position requires 5+ years of experience in HR systems, strong experience with HiBob, Lattice, UKG, and Greenhouse, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and strong communication skills.
