Application Analyst II

The Application Analyst II is an advanced position able to independently manage day-to-day application operations for assigned departments, escalating highly complex issues. The role provides expertise in area of application responsibility working closely with subject matter experts as needed to resolve incidents, fulfill requests, and perform builds that support project requirements. This role optimizes applications by developing new functionality, testing, and implementing scheduled vendor releases and system upgrades. Ensuring application changes follow change management procedures, creating/maintaining documentation, and developing, planning, and executing testing for supported applications are essential. Communication of application changes, enhancements, and procedures to all affected departments is also required.
